APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS or MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Dear Patients,
I take time for your treatment and work by appointment only, meaning consultations are available exclusively by prior arrangement.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please inform us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to someone else.
For cancellations made on the working day before your appointment or later, as well as for missed appointments, a cancellation fee will be apply.
