Urgent Consultation
For the treatment of acute complaints, we reserve short-notice appointments — this often allows us to offer you a consultation within 24 hours. Please give us a call!

Please also see “When an acute appointment may not be suitable for you?” here.
Sometimes you need prompt assistance to ease symptoms and encourage healing — for example, in the case of suddenly occurring complaints such as:
- Pain (e.g., back pain, joint pain, menstrual pain)
- Acute injuries such as sports injuries, bruises, haematomas, or wounds
- Digestive problems and abdominal pain
- Cold symptoms or mild flu
In the acute clinic, you can usually get an appointment at short notice, often within 24 hours. The aim is to stabilise your condition quickly, relieve your symptoms, and determine whether further treatment is advisable or necessary.
If possible, please bring any existing medical reports or a current list of medications with you.
Please contact us by phone to arrange an acute appointment (→Appointment).
When an acute appointment may not be suitable for you?
- The acute clinic does not replace emergency care. In the case of life-threatening symptoms, sudden severe pain, serious injuries, heavy bleeding, or sudden loss of function (e.g., paralysis, speech difficulties, etc.), please contact the emergency services (dial 112) or go to an accident & emergency department immediately.
- If you require a sick note, please consult your GP.
